SNAP is a national parking account and washing account which allows fleet operators to use and control the use of independent truck parking and washing covering the UK. With many lorry parks to choose from, we offer you the widest possible choice of sites and feature several groups of truck washing and HGV parking operators.
If you want to know where you can be safely parking lorries, truck cleaning or using UK truck stops and transport cafes in the UK, we have the answer.
The idea is that we take away the need to have petty cash claims and operate many supplier accounts, we also remove the need to scrutinise receipts and give you control over your expenses, providing proof of service for every transaction; generally we provide a service which significantly boosts efficiency for you, the fleet operator.

Firstly we need all your registration numbers; you can add them yourself online or we can import from an email or Excel spreadsheet. Once we have the numbers, you will be in complete control of exactly which vehicles are able to have services charged to the SNAP account as well as being able to prohibit HGV parking or truck washing.
You can control how often you wish your truck cleaning can be done, this can vary from depot to depot and contract to contract, so we allow you to group your vehicles. If you have your own truck wash, you can include your own truck cleaning in the controls.
Reports to show activities are available online. Different reports can be provided by depot, contract (covering many depots) or company.
Using SNAP we prohibit food-inclusive HGV parking deals; this means that your drivers cannot charge food to your SNAP account when they use lorry parks. This saves admin and tax liabilities for you and your employees as well as removing an area of concern for many fleet operators.

You only pay the normal retail price for any service you use; there are no surcharges for using our service if you maintain a pre-paid account with us. You also have the option of a post-paid account, which subject to credit status, attracts a small service charge.
We operate using a client account, similar to a solicitor; the funds from this account are reserved for the payments to the sites and we are contractually bound to pay each site on demand for any services which our customers (the fleet operators) have used or propose to use.
For this to work smoothly we need to offer the fleet operators a pay-as-you-go type account; they deposit money in the client account and our sites are paid from it as they use the services. As long as there are funds available in your account or you have agreed credit, you can use any service on the network.
Each week we provide you with an invoice via email which details every transaction for the previous period; you need to pay this invoice, by return.
You will be given a unique login and password which you can use to gain access to our system; once online you can:
- add or remove vehicle registrations
- view and download historical transactions
